Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination and service level.

 

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 business days.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey in real time.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, please email hello@azuriera.com and we’ll look into it.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Typical transit time is 7-10 business days to most destinations. Remote areas, peak seasons, severe weather, or customs inspections may extend delivery times.

 

Customs & Duties

Your order will be shipped from our China warehouse.

Please note that import taxes and duties may apply to international orders, and these charges are not included in the product price. Customs policies vary by country, and any applicable fees are determined by local authorities.

In the event that a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, AZURIERA will be unable to issue a full refund, as return shipping and handling fees will be incurred by our courier partner. Any associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
