Returns, Exchanges & Refund

Return

We accept returns of any Azuriera items in their original condition within 14 calander days upon receipt. 

If you wish to return an item, make sure it is unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted for refund.

To start a return,

1. Send your return request to hello@azuriera.com.

2. Once your request is accepted, we’ll send you the easy-to-follow return instructions via email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Prepare and send your return. Please make sure to send back your return within 14 days once the request is approved (the return limit does not include the transit time).

Please send your return parcel back to us by using any courier of your choice. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking.  Please select RETURN GOODS for the purpose of the shipment to avoid any unexpected charge or delay.

Note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Once we received and processed your return, a refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.

Refund

After we receive your return package, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

All returns are thoroughly examined upon receipt. If your return meet the requirements stated in our Returns policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take a few days to show on your account, depending on your card issuer's policies. An email will also be sent to you confirming the refund. 

Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

Please note that import taxes and duties may apply to international orders, and these charges are not included in the product price. Customs fees and import taxes are charged by local authorities and cannot be reimbursed by us.

In the event that a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, AZURIERA will be unable to issue a full refund, as return shipping and handling fees will be incurred by our courier partner. Any associated costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Exchanges

Please request a return and make a separate order on the website.

Please note: the ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of garments at the time when the return is received for processing. 

 

Damages and issues

We are dedicated to provide products of the highest quality to all our customers. However, if by any chance your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please do not hesitate to get in touch at hello@azuriera.com in the first instance. Our customer service team will be most delighted to investigate and make it right.
